As outlined in the 2005 - Dam Inspection Report the gate house that protects our newly installed stainless steel valve and gate mechanism is in desperate need of repairs.  Starting in early summer of 2009 the project will be completed in 3 phases.

Phase I   - Replace Roof - Complete

Phase II  - Replace rotted boards

Phase III - Paint the entire Gate House
